About
Hello, and welcome.
I’m Cara and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
My journey into women’s wellbeing is deeply personal. I’ve experienced the challenges of severe hyperemesis gravidarum during pregnancy, and I’ve navigated postpartum anxiety firsthand. These experiences taught me just how essential it is to care for both the body and the mind and inspired me to dedicate my work to supporting other women through life’s transitions.
Massage has been used for thousands of years in cultures around the world to heal, soothe, and relieve both physical and emotional pain. For me, it’s more than just a treatment—it’s a way to reconnect with yourself, to restore balance, and to nurture your mental health as much as your body.
I trained in Holistic Massage at West Shires School of Complementary Health, specialising in pregnancy massage, and have continued my learning with professional development and training in art for wellbeing. I’m particularly interested in how trauma and chronic pain can show up in the body, and how thoughtful, gentle touch can help release tension, ease discomfort, and support overall wellbeing.
My goal is simple: to create a calm, safe space where women can pause, restore, and feel truly supported—mind, body, and spirit. Every session is an opportunity to take a moment for yourself, to breathe, and to reconnect with your own strength and resilience.
I would be honoured to guide you on that journey.
“"Cara’s massage sessions have been such a lifeline for me. During my pregnancy, I struggled with aches, tension, and anxiety, and her gentle, knowledgeable approach made me feel supported in every way. She creates such a calm, safe space where I could truly relax and reconnect with my body. I left every session feeling lighter, more balanced, and cared for—not just physically, but emotionally too. I can’t recommend her enough!”
