My little slice of serenity is located in the market town of Cowbridge, South Wales (30 minutes from Cardiff)

Step into a calm, cosy space designed to help you instantly unwind. My holistic treatment room is warm, quiet, and softly relaxing—a gentle retreat from the outside world. I incorporate gentle sound baths, soothing colour theory, aromatherapy and carefully chosen art that reflects serenity, creating an environment that supports both your mental and physical wellbeing. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to help you feel safe, comfortable, and deeply at ease, allowing you to fully relax, let go, and restore.

There is free parking available at the Cattle Market and the Leisure Centre. Two hours free parking at the Town Hall and Waitrose car park.
